GLASCLAYTM is manufactured in a dry powder form and it needs a kiln with a digital temperature control to be fired. It does NOT need a firing pan or activated charcoal.  You can place a finished piece directly on the shelf, either on shelf paper or shelf wash. We recommend "fiber" shelf paper for best results. GLASCLAYTM may be used in any thickness you desire, hollow or solid. Your firing sequences and sculpturing techniques will be governed by the thickness you choose.
